Study System

Duration of Study

• Normal duration: 2 academic years (4 semesters).
• Maximum duration: 3 years for part-time students or with special approval from the Graduate Studies Council.

Credit Hours Structure

Total: 60 credit hours distributed as follows:
• Core Courses: 18 credits.
• Elective Courses: 12 credits.
• Workshops & Research Seminars: 6 credits.
• Doctoral Dissertation/Applied Project: 24 credits.

Admission Requirements

Evaluation in the professional doctorate is based on:

• Class Participation & Attendance: 10%
• Assignments & Research Papers: 20%
• Presentations & Research Seminars: 20%
• Midterm/Applied Exams: 10%
• Doctoral Dissertation/Applied Project: 40%

Graduation & Completion Requirements

To graduate, students must:

• Pass each course with a minimum of 60%.
• Successfully complete 60 credit hours.
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Successfully defend their Doctoral Dissertation/Applied Project in a public viva before an academic committee.

Course Repetition

• Students may repeat failed courses or retake courses to improve their GPA.
• The higher grade will be recorded in the transcript.

Final Degree Classification

• Application Fee: One-time, non-refundable.

• Tuition Fees: Calculated on a credit hour basis (e.g., $150 per credit hour).

• Partial scholarships available for outstanding students, researchers, and international applicants.
